I agreed to purchase some softare from Heiko, but on receipt of the CDs, I realized that I wasn't fully license to use the product. Heiko agreed to refund my money and take the software back. He's a straight-shooter who I definitely hope to trade with again!

Because he had only a handful of evaluations at the time, I was hesitant about paying Heiko a relatively large sum of money in advance. We agreed upon my sending him $25 in advance as a downpayment, and the rest would follow after receipt of the software. The package got to me only a few days later, and I sent him the rest the same day. Great deal, good communication... what's not to like about this guy? :)
